About Argha
Fitness is more than just a passion for me—it's a journey I've lived myself. At one point, I weighed around 110 kg and struggled with my fitness, confidence, and overall health. Through discipline, proper training, nutrition, and consistency, I successfully transformed myself and reduced my weight to nearly 70 kg.
Because I've personally experienced the challenges of weight loss and body transformation, I understand what it takes to achieve lasting results. My goal is to help others avoid common mistakes and follow a practical, sustainable approach to fitness.
Whether your goal is fat loss, muscle gain, improved strength, or simply becoming healthier, I will provide the guidance, motivation, and support you need. If I could transform my own life through fitness, I believe you can too—and I'd be excited to help you get there.
