About Sinead
Hi! I'm Sinead.
Meditation has been an integral part of my life for 30 years.
For me, it's an art of living that gives meaning to each moment.
I first learned meditation in traditional environments, living for over twelve years as a Buddhist nun in Himalayan regions during which time I had the opportunity to complete numerous extended solitary meditation retreats.
I worked for many years in high-stress environments such as top-tier international law firms, so I understand the challenges faced by successful professionals.
I am also a qualified MBSR instructor.

I draw upon both traditional and modern practices for calming the mind, strengthening attention span, recognizing and managing emotions skilfully, managing stress and preventing burnout.
All with self-care and compassion at the heart.
The aim is for you to develop your own sustainable practice.
Whether you're a complete beginner, or are having difficulty developing a regular meditation practice, I'd love to hear from you.
