About Meeval
Hi! I'm an engineering student and a passionate public speaking and stress management trainer with two years of experience helping students and individuals build confidence, improve their communication skills, and manage stress effectively.
Over the past two years, I've guided learners from different backgrounds to overcome stage fear, express their ideas clearly, and speak confidently in front of others. Through interactive sessions and continuous practice, I've seen students become more confident not only in presentations but also in their everyday communication.
I believe that effective communication is a skill anyone can develop with the right guidance and encouragement. My teaching style is friendly, practical, and supportive, focusing on real-life speaking situations, confidence-building activities, and simple stress management techniques that can be applied in daily life.
As an engineering student, I understand the importance of clear communication, confidence, and staying calm under pressure. My goal is to help you become a confident speaker, reduce anxiety, and communicate with clarity in classrooms, interviews, presentations, and professional settings.
I look forward to helping you discover your voice and speak with confidence.

My classes are designed to help you become a confident speaker while learning practical techniques to manage stress and anxiety. Whether you're a student, professional, or someone who simply wants to communicate more confidently, these sessions are tailored to your goals and comfort level.
You'll learn how to organize your thoughts, speak clearly, improve your body language, maintain eye contact, and deliver presentations with confidence. Alongside public speaking skills, I'll teach simple stress management techniques, breathing exercises, confidence-building activities, and mindset strategies that help you stay calm under pressure.
Every class is interactive, supportive, and filled with practical exercises, real-life speaking activities, and constructive feedback. My goal is to create a safe environment where you can practice, overcome your fear of speaking, and develop the confidence to express yourself naturally.
By the end of the course, you'll be better prepared to speak in classrooms, interviews, meetings, presentations, and everyday conversations with greater confidence and less stress.
