About Dawn
I qualified with the British School of Meditation in 2016. I use meditation and mindfulness in my daily life and this has really helped me to manage "stresses" from demanding sales management roles.
My passion has always been for sports and physical training but a whole new world opened up to me once I found meditation - thankfully I found this at quite a young age. Before I meditated my mind was often racing away at 100mph and at times I would even flick through my playlist in the gym without listening to any tracks in full!
I love working with and coaching people to be the best they can be in life.
Meditation helps me to find more time in my day and I'm passionate about spreading the message so that others can find the same sense of peace and clarity.

I'd love to share some simple techniques with you that can help you to find some peace, clarity and stillness so that you can focus on study, work tasks or just so that you can feel a little calmer in your day to day life!

Details
I generally teach for 30 minutes which tends to work best for most students - the rate is £25 per 30 minutes. I'm happy to bespoke the lesson for you.
