About George
In 2018 I decided I would leave high school and look into further education. I enrolled in Sports Development Coaching, and Fitness (QCF) Level 3 looking to step into the fitness world. After 2 years of completing the course 2020 came around and I knew the world wasn’t going to be the same place so I decided to join the army. Looking at offering my insight and knowledge gained from various PT sessions experienced whilst serving to help potential people looking to join the armed forces or potentially look at levelling up your fitness.
