About JULIE
I have been coaching and teaching individuals to reach their maximum's potential for 14 years in France, Canada and Australia. I learned to respect uniqueness in people and to work with their strengths. I have been assisting to personal development and stress management workshop for 10 years because I'm curious and I love to share new innovative methods.
In the year 2014, I discovered Brain Gym or Eduk-work and my life literally changed. In few words, Brain Gym uses a series of energizing movements that quickly access and integrate brain functioning. ! Eduk-work helped me understand, as well, how the brain and the body work together.
Eduk-work became an addiction and I'm now a Brain Gym consultant licensed through Brain Gym International and Brain Gym Australia. I have been using Brain Gym for 4 years to make dramatic changes in my student’s abilities.

I will teach you a range of techniques (P.A.C.E, stress release techniques, re patterning, ...) and specific movements to help you reach your maximum's potential.

Repatterning (techniques to connect your two hemispheres when you feel you are trying to hard)
Stress release techniques ( specific movements and process to feel safe and centered) and more ...
Come with a goal or a skill you want to improve on and I will teach you how to balance your body :) You will go home with your movement program you can use everyday to support your body/mind system.
