My teaching methodology encompasses all the area of boxing starting from rear to the peak i.e jab-right-hook-uppercut then their combinations.we have some defense techniques after then being duck,weaving,blocking,parrying,bobbying.Then we move to some essential techniques that can give good shape and balance which are footwork and head movement and body movement with lots more
