About Mack
I’ve been training in boxing for several years and have developed a deep passion for the sport and everything it teaches — discipline, focus, and self-discovery. Through my own journey, I’ve trained across different gyms and with many great coaches, learning different techniques and styles along the way.
What I love most, though, is sharing that experience with others. I take pride in helping people of all ages and backgrounds grow stronger, healthier, and more confident through boxing. Whether it’s teaching someone their first jab or helping a returning boxer refine their technique, I bring patience, energy, and genuine care to every session.
Boxing has taught me a lot about myself — how to stay calm under pressure, stay consistent, and keep improving — and I hope to help you experience that same growth both inside and outside the ring.

My sessions combine authentic boxing technique with functional fitness — helping you learn proper form, sharpen your skills, and push yourself while staying motivated. Every program is custom-built around your goals, body type, and experience level, so you can progress at your own pace and enjoy the process.
Each session includes a dynamic warm-up, boxing drills, conditioning rounds, and a short review to track your progress. Whether we’re focusing on footwork, combinations, or endurance, I make sure you understand why you’re doing each movement — so you improve both physically and mentally.
I know schedules can be busy, so I come to you. Whether it’s at your home, a gym, a public park, or any open space, I’ll make it work. My goal is to make every session comfortable, focused, and built around your life — not the other way around.
All I ask is that you bring effort — and the results will speak for themselves.
I work with kids, teens, and adults of all ages, genders, and backgrounds to help them build confidence, strength, and real boxing skills.
