About Priyanshu
My name is Priyanshu, and I am from India. I completed my BBA graduation and have over 2 years of experience in the fitness industry. Fitness is more than just a profession for me because very few people truly have the discipline and dedication to transform themselves, and that is what makes this field exciting and meaningful to me. I enjoy helping people who genuinely want to change their lifestyle, improve their confidence, and become a better version of themselves. I also run a fitness channel on YouTube where I share my knowledge, experience, and transformation journey to motivate others. My personal transformation, including losing 19 kg in 4 months, has given me practical understanding of fitness, weight loss, weight gain, and strength training.

My training method is different because I focus on real transformation based on each person’s body type, lifestyle, and goals instead of using the same workout plan for everyone. I combine strength training, fat loss techniques, muscle-building workouts, and proper guidance to help clients achieve long-term results naturally. I personally lost 19 kg in just 4 months through discipline, proper training, and nutrition, which gives me real-life experience and understanding of the fitness journey. Because of this transformation, I know the struggles of weight loss and weight gain personally and guide clients with practical methods that actually work. My goal is not only to transform physiques but also to build confidence, consistency, and a healthier lifestyle.
