About Luciana
I work with students who require a diagnostic playing assessment before starting. You are someone who wants a clear learning plan tailored to your habits.
We focus on jazz improvisation and pop and contemporary styles. Rhythm and timing are central to our work together.
Posture and hand position dictate your comfort at the keys. I emphasise dynamics and expression in every phrase.
Memorisation techniques help you internalise the music. Music theory provides the map for our sessions. Ear training keeps your listening sharp.
I have taught 208 students through these methods. Playing the piano brings me peace after a long day.
