About Koel
Hi! I’m Koel Bajaj, a Biotechnology undergraduate at Imperial College London with a strong background in STEM, research, and leadership. Having excelled in the IB Diploma with subjects like Further Maths, Maths, Chemistry, Biology, and Economics, I know firsthand what it takes to master these subjects. I offer tutoring for IB and IGCSE students, along with guidance for Internal Assessments (IA) and Extended Essays (EE). My experience extends beyond academics—I’ve worked in pathology labs, interventional radiology, and bioinformatics, earning certifications like the NIDA Clinical Trials Network Certification. I’ve also conducted research on Machine Learning and Cancer, which led to a published paper. These experiences allow me to provide students with not only textbook knowledge but also real-world applications of what they’re learning. I believe I’m a great tutor because I understand the challenges students face and tailor my approach to make learning engaging and effective. Whether it’s breaking down complex concepts, improving problem-solving skills, or helping with research projects, I aim to make learning enjoyable and results-driven. My goal is to help students gain confidence, develop critical thinking skills, and achieve their academic goals.

I offer engaging and structured tutoring sessions tailored to IB and IGCSE students in Further Maths, Maths, Chemistry, Biology, and Economics. My approach emphasises conceptual clarity, problem-solving techniques, and exam-oriented strategies. Each lesson typically lasts 60–90 minutes, ensuring a balance of theory and practice. As a Biotechnology undergraduate at Imperial College London and a published researcher in Machine Learning and Cancer, I bring strong academic expertise.
