About Zara
Hi! I'm Zara, I am a Chemistry with Medicinal Chemistry undergraduate at the University of Manchester, I achieved 3 A’s in Biology, Chemistry and Maths A-level. I love using fun and creative techniques to help me memorise information for my exams, and am hoping others may benefit too from them! I wanted to start tutoring after having such supportive and helpful teachers to aid me with my GCSEs and I would love to do the same with other students. I love using fun ways to help learn such as silly acronyms, or creative flashcards.

I aim to individually tailor my teaching style to suit the student, and their way of learning, whether that be easier to understand mind maps, flashcards, or memorable images, every student learns differently. The first lesson focuses on finding strengths and weaknesses of the student, and asking about content they have previously covered in class or what they are yet to cover. At the start of each lesson we go over content we covered last time, and at the end of each lesson we reflect on what we covered in that hour.
