About Salvador

I am a former student of the musical composition career, I have been teaching for two years, I have been playing guitar for 12 years, I studied with Emilio García (Jazz Guitarist), I studied composition at Projazz and at the Modern School. I was a theory and harmony assistant. Currently training at Berklee.

About the lesson

My teaching method is based on the student. We all learn differently, therefore we all need different tools and different methods. My methodology is based on learning and not on memory. It is taught first, then applied, and then learned. Topics range from what music is, sound and its parameters, how to use the staff, major scale and tonality, chords and their functions, intensity and duration, expression, agogic and ornaments, development of a melody, the harmonic and melodic minor scale, the modes, the parts of a song, harmonic analysis, poetry and lyrics, literary figures, production and systems of musical notation.

Salvador no sólo demuestra ser alguien que sabe de lo que enseña, pero también tiene mucha paciencia y hace el esfuerzo por enseñar las cosas, no a su manera, sino de la forma que más ayude a cada estudiante. Muy recomendado.

The class is canceled once it is finished, the first class is free, ideally it lasts 90 minutes. It is important to talk, not only teach and apply, but to know the student and know how to reach him. Every time a student recommends me to a prospective student, they automatically receive a free class, I keep track of students and classes.
