Hi there!! I'm so glad to take you here at this place, because that's means you're looking to change your life and that's my first passion on life, help others to get the best version of themselves.
I am a passionate person, with 27 years old and started in the training world about 10 years ago. I am currently personal trainer, fitness coach and indoor cycling instructor, considering myself a hard worker
I have experienced different changes throughout my life, i suffered from anorexia then unhealthy weight gain and i overcome every step with my physical and internal strength.
Dedicated since 2020 to being a face to face trainer in gyms and online for distance members.
I like to not only offer the training workouts but also teach my clients the importance of a eat well to get the right results whatever their end goal, so....
