About Saiqa
I am a qualified primary school teacher with extensive experience teaching and tutoring children in preparation for Year 6 SATs and the 11+ examinations. I specialise in English, Maths, Verbal Reasoning and Non-Verbal Reasoning, helping pupils strengthen their subject knowledge, develop effective exam techniques and build confidence. I adapt my teaching to each pupil’s individual needs, identifying gaps in learning and providing focused support to help them make measurable progress and achieve their full potential.

Lessons are structured around the individual needs and ability of each pupil, with a strong focus on SATs and 11+ exam preparation. * Targeted teaching in English and Maths for SATs preparation. * 11+ preparation covering Maths, English, Verbal Reasoning and Non-Verbal Reasoning. * Identification of strengths and areas requiring further development. * Regular assessment and monitoring of progress. * Focused practice of exam-style questions and unfamiliar question types. * Development of exam technique, accuracy, timing and confidence. * Clear explanations and opportunities to consolidate newly taught skills. * Lessons adapted according to each pupil’s progress and individual learning needs.
