About Eoghainn
Hi, I’m Eoghainn!
Since a young age I have been surrounded by traditional music. I started learning the pipes around 8/9 years old on the Isle of Skye , before moving to Glasgow to study at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland.
I have also experienced in competing in solo bagpipe competitions and wish to bring this expertise to new students.

About the lesson

I offer tuition for all levels and ages on not only highland pipes but also on small pipes and border pipes. I have studied pipes at The Royal Conservatoire of Scotland and have performed well at solo competitions before my studies.
I can assist pupils with high school music exams. I also offer lessons taught through Scottish Gaidhlig.
I believe good technique and musicality are key when learning the bagpipes and I aim to deliver this tuition in a way that keeps the instrument fun and interesting for the pupil.
Any level of playing welcome! The only requirement is that you have your own practice chanter.
