About Elias
If you have ever felt lost in a gym, unsure where to start or whether you are doing things right, you are not alone and that is exactly who I work with.
I am a Strength and Conditioning Coach with nearly a decade of experience working across personal training, group coaching, and athletic development. I hold a Bachelor of Physical Education, accreditations through ASCA, CFSC, FRCms, and Anatomy Trains, and I am currently completing a Master of Teaching (Secondary) at the University of the Sunshine Coast. I also speak Portuguese fluently, so if English is not your first language, you are in good hands.
My sessions are practical, structured, and built around you. I do not believe in cookie-cutter programs. Every client I work with gets a clear plan, honest feedback, and a coach who actually listens. Whether you are picking up a barbell for the first time or working toward a specific performance goal, I will make sure you understand what you are doing and why.
Sessions run for 60 minutes and are available face-to-face on the Sunshine Coast or online. I work with adults and young athletes of all fitness levels and backgrounds.

I bring nearly a decade of hands-on experience as a Strength and Conditioning Coach, working with everyone from beginners taking their first steps in the gym to junior elite athletes chasing performance goals. My approach is straightforward: I meet people where they are, build from there, and make sure every session has a clear purpose.
My coaching is grounded in a Bachelor of Physical Education, accreditations through ASCA, CFSC, FRCms, and Anatomy Trains, and formal training as a Physical Education Teacher currently completing a Master of Teaching at UniSC. That combination of practical experience and academic foundation means I can explain not just what to do, but why it works.
Sessions are typically 60 minutes and are structured around your goals, whether that is building strength, improving movement quality, recovering from injury, or simply learning how to train safely and effectively for the long term. I work with adults and young athletes across all fitness levels, and I adapt my coaching style to suit the individual, not the other way around.
I am based on the Sunshine Coast and offer both face-to-face and online sessions.
