About Xiaohan
I’m currently a second year master in piano performance at University of Missouri Kansas City. I Just had my DMA auditions, received offers from University of Kansas, University of NorthCarolina Greensboro and University of SouthCarolina. Performance aside I have a great interest in piano pedagogy, I’ve taught dozens students, age varies from 3-40, piano pedagogy classes and music teacher conventions also helped me figuring out what is best for students.

I believe laying a solid foundation at the beginning is necessary and essential for very student. Not every teacher knows how to do it properly, I didn’t until I took piano pedagogy classes in grad school and attended MTNA national conventions.
