About Lisa
I have been dancing for at least 24 years. I started Liturgical dance in high school. I danced in college at Southern University in 2002. I was a choreographer in my church teaching around 20 young girls. I have been dancing professionally for 10 years and also a contributing choreographer.

Stretching and meditation will be primary before I will start with basic exercises to fit the needs of what kind of dance will be taught. Basic across the floor movement will be introduced as we intertwine with different styles of hip hop, jazz, and modern.
