About Shree
Dynamic, performance-driven and detailed oriented master’s degree holder in Ayurveda (MD Ayu) along with hands-on experience of Panchakarma and Hospital environment for more than 17 years.
I have 10 years of experience in teaching Ayurveda principles to university students and adults.
The experience includes direct patient facing in Clinic as well as Hospital and Panchakarma Clinic settings. I owned my private Ayurveda practice for more than 12 years. Associate professor in Ayurveda College for more than 10 years. Researcher by choice, I served Cancer Research Institute for more than 3 years for focused Cancer treatment research with Ayurveda Principles and Practices for general wellbeing and treatment tolerance of cancer patients.

The 'Basic' or Introductory lesson about - History of Ayurveda. What is 'Ayurveda', from where it is generated, how old is it, where in the world it is used.

What affects your physical and mental wellbeing.
How the diseases are generated. What are the types of diseases.
How to avoid getting ill as per Ayurveda.
What is Dinacharya and Ritucharya (daily routine and changes to it as per season changes)
Do's and Don'ts for healthy lifestyle.
These lessons are for beginners and Intermediate learners.
For advance learners, special sessions can be arranged where the detailed chapters from 'Samhita's' like 'Charaka' samhita or 'Ashtang Hridayam' would be taught.

I have served as a Ayurveda Physician (MD) for more than 10 years of private practice.
