As an Ayurveda doctor with clinical experience and a passion for research and medical writing, my approach to education is rooted in authenticity, application, and holistic understanding. I believe that Ayurveda is not only a system of medicine but also a way of living, and my goal as a tutor is to help students move beyond memorization and into true comprehension.
I teach Ayurveda through three lenses:
Classical Foundations – Building strong conceptual clarity with references from classical texts such as Charaka, Sushruta, and Ashtanga Hridaya.
Clinical Relevance – Connecting theory with real-life patient cases, diagnostic reasoning, and practical management strategies.
Research & Communication – Guiding students to express their knowledge through academic writing, case documentation, and evidence-based perspectives.
My teaching style is interactive, patient-centered, and integrative, encouraging students to question, analyze, and apply Ayurveda to modern-day challenges. Ultimately, I aim to empower future practitioners and researchers to carry Ayurveda forward with both reverence for tradition and openness to innovation
