I have been passionate about personal transformation and spirituality for many years. My journey has led me to explore traditions such as Buddhism, Vipassana meditation, and non-duality in depth. With over 6 years of intensive practice, I have developed an approach that is both accessible and powerful to help others find their own path to awakening and fulfillment.

Inspired by models such as spiral dynamics and the stages of awakening, I will accompany you in a progressive exploration of your inner journey, identifying where you are and how to move forward.
4. Personal Development Techniques and Daily Habits
We will work together to establish positive habits that support your growth. Creating morning routines, breathing exercises to calm the mind, and simple practices to integrate your awakenings into daily life.
5. Inquiry and Inner Transformation
Through self-inquiry techniques, I will guide you to investigate internal blockages, transform unsuitable patterns, and access profound realizations.
