About Delfina
I am currently a student at the University of Arizona, majoring in sports psychology. Dance has been a central part of my life for as long as I can remember, but I stepped away from the professional ballet world due to personal reasons about two years ago. I have danced alongside professional companies including Houston Ballet and Ballet Arizona, and received full scholarships to several renowned training programs across the states. Through years of intensive ballet training and professional experience, I’ve learned a variety of skills necessary to build a strong foundation in both technique and artistry. Teaching allows me to share that knowledge while connecting with students in a meaningful way. I’m passionate about creating a supportive and encouraging learning environment where dancers feel comfortable asking questions, taking risks, and growing at their own pace. My goal is to help each student build confidence, strength, and a genuine love for movement and themselves through dance.
