About Camille

I am a US citizen, currently residing in the UK. I am a certified Personal Trainer and Sports Nutritionist. I have written individual programming for countless clients, both online and in person. I have an extensive understanding in anatomy and physiology, both in relation to body movements and how to utilise them for fitness, and medical injuries. I am a former Sponsored Athlete and won my division at the international competition Wodapalooza in Miami, Florida, in 2020. In high school, I was on Varsity Pole Vaulting, and Varsity Swim Team. When I was 15, I received my Black Belt in Karate and MMA.

About the lesson

Being healthy and active isn't always easy. In fact, it rarely is. Each day we encounter 101 other things that take priority in our schedule. We're tired, we don't have the time, we don't know where to even start when we do decide to go to the gym. So, what's the solution? As a former sponsored athlete, I never found that changing my schedule, or having motivation had any effect on my dedication to workout. Instead, having someone to hold me accountable, to programme my workouts for me, and to create a habit were the true reasons I was successful. By choosing to hire someone with experience writing programming, an understanding of your individual needs and goals, and a commitment to your success that will keep you accountable for doing what you've set out to do, you will find that being healthy and active isn't impossible. You just need to put in the work, and find the right person to help you along the way.

Perfect! Having never worked with a PT previously, I admit I was a little sceptical at first - now, with hindsight, I'm exceedingly glad that I have received the benefit of Camille's expertise. Not only is she clearly knowledgeable and experienced - but she also brings a genuinely positive vibe and attitude to all of her coaching. I wouldn't have made nearly as much progress so quickly without her help and advice. Overall: five stars and I would 100% recommend.
