About Amelia
Following graduation from Oxford (Economics and Management), I started working as a strategy consultant as a first graduate job and never left! I now take a very active role in recruiting and have seen hundreds of CVs and cover letters over the years. I have a passion for helping people to get a start into graduate professions whether that is consulting, broader strategy or corporate grad roles

A. Interview Prep: 1hr slots. With >100 graduate interviews completed over the past 10 years in my recruiting role within my company, I can run mock interviews with you and give you detailed feedback on where and how to improve. This will be based on selective own interview cases (not existing literature) so that you can see a true recruiting experience
B. CV and Cover Letter feedback: 30 min or 1hr slots. I will review your CV / Cover letter offline and give feedback on content, language, overall balance. If a 1hr slot, we will then review your key experiences together in the lesson and refine the contents to best match the types of information that recruiters will be looking for.
