&Nutritional Care) and Philosophy in physical education, cert. Swiss ball training sports nutritional
profession.
He has experience of 8years in the field on teaching and training various levels of fitness professionals
including athletes, sportspersons, and children with special needs and also to the general public. He has a vision to develop an international standard caliber for fitness professionals and serve people through fitness for their wellness.

VISION
Delivering a movement program to raise the Human potential to live a
(consistent) healthy lifestyle.
MISSION
KH3 wellness is poised to deliver an unbiased movement program that
has efficacy in resource usage.
KH3 creates awareness, assesses current and post program wellness,
cultivates holistic well being, and delivers a program to encourage a
healthy living.
Kh3 focuses to raise the human potential thereby preventing aches and
pain that occurs with the day-to-day demands of body
OBJECTIVE
KH3 wellness aims to provide a universal physical fitness program
KH3 wellness will nurture a culture for wellness which encourages
aligning with the natural body and mind demands.
KH3 wellness will use scientific techniques to understand each body
type and provide a well balanced program that ensures efficacy of time
and effort for the performer.
