The method I have been developing in the last 2 years is based on:
• body relaxation and meditation
• stimulation of the senses
• techniques of artistic expression (painting, drawing, collage, writing, body movement)
These methods combined together can activate the flow of free imagination, as well as, lower our self-judgment.
