My art lessons are for students who are looking to boost their self-esteem and self-awareness, cultivate emotional resilience, promote insight, personal growth, enhance social skills and reduce and resolve conflicts and distress. - Painting - Sketching - Doodling - Poetry/Writing Supporting wellness, expression of feelings, bettering communication and creative releasing.
