About Emma
I’m a qualified teacher in art and design. I have worked with children and young people for over 25 years. 23 of those years were teaching in a social, emotional and mental health school. Many of these students had additional needs, such as learning delays, autism, adhd. I’m a specialist in behaviour. I’m an accredited clinics provider in both autism and adhd and also an accredited life coach with NLP. I have worked with young offenders and in adult male prisons. I’m a mum to a teenager with adhd. I love helping people.

I work remotely and create a safe, non judgemental space for you to talk and be heard. I actively listen to your personal circumstances and where you might be struggling and I use powerful questions to guide and help you reflect on your own thoughts and behaviours to find ways forward. It will be a journey of growth and change, moving at you pace. You will develop a deeper understanding of yourself and you will acquire strategies, techniques and skills that you can use for the rest of your life, whilst continuing to grow as a person.
