About Marley
I am a Master’s graduate in Applied Human Nutrition and a former varsity athlete, with a strong passion for helping others understand how to fuel their bodies for both performance and long-term health. Through my academic training and hands-on experience, I have developed a deep understanding of the gap that often exists between nutrition science and what athletes are actually able to apply in their daily lives.
My approach to tutoring is both professional and highly personalized. I take the time to understand each student’s goals, background, and current knowledge level, and tailor every session accordingly. I focus on building a strong foundation of understanding, while also translating that knowledge into practical strategies that fit realistically into busy schedules.
A typical session includes guided learning on key topics such as performance fueling, recovery, meal timing, and supplementation, along with real-life application like building daily meal structures or game-day plans. I aim to create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and developing confidence in their choices.

I also adapt my teaching style depending on your learning preferences—whether that’s structured guidance, open conversation, or hands-on planning.
