About Ojo
I am a 3rd undergraduate in the department of anatomy. I recently just embarked on a profiting and healthy weight loss journey, that gave me all the self confidence i needed and also brought out my inner prowess and i feel everyone should be given an opportunity to connect with their inner beauty in an healthy way.

My teaching method i would say is therapeutic and non biased. I base my teaching method on individual differences, because no two people have the same metabolic rate, strenght or body type.
I study each person's lifestyle, healthy BMI/weight and set an healthy and achieveable goal.
