I am a qualified lecturer who is enthusiastic and dedicated to the safeguarding of learners while establishing a safe and stimulating classroom environment. During my PGCE, I have demonstrated a creative and innovating ability to adapt and implement strategies to accommodate the learning preferences of a diverse range of learners. As a teacher, I pride myself on being accountable for the academic progression and attainment of each individual learner. My reflective nature permits me to evaluate my teaching and assess its impact on student learning, allowing me to continually enhance my professional development. Due to the regularity of my observations, it has become apparent that my core strengths focus around learner differentiation, questioning and answering and effectively engaging learners with great subject knowledge. All things considered, my personal characteristics display trust, honesty and integrity which is transparent in my professional conduct.
