About Lore

My name is Lore, and I am deeply passionate about movement. My journey first began through dance. I explored ballet, jazz, contemporary, Indian dance, and even solo salsa.
After moving to Canada, I made one of the greatest discoveries of my young life: circus arts! I have never stopped training since.
Movement in all its forms fascinates me and takes up a huge part of my life. My days revolve around my personal aerial circus training (silks, corde lisse, trapeze, duo trapeze, handstands… and much more), as well as teaching.

I have the joy of teaching around fifteen classes each week to children, teenagers, and adults, from beginner to advanced levels. Each of my classes is carefully prepared in advance and adapted to my students’ needs, goals, and interests — whether that means focusing on specific techniques, strengthening certain skills, or exploring movements they are excited about.

I always aim to create classes that combine both technical review and the learning of new skills so students stay engaged and challenged.
Teaching meaningful, high-quality classes is very important to me because I am also constantly a student myself. I love encouraging my students to push beyond their limits. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing them leave class a little sweaty, but smiling and proud of themselves.

Safety is also something I never compromise on, regardless of the context or the type of movement being taught. Before working together, it is important that you inform me of any injuries or pain so we can work toward your goals safely and appropriately.

About the lesson

My background in dance and aerial circus has given me strong knowledge and experience in teaching students of all levels.
Above all, I want to understand why you are reaching out to me so I can create personalized guidance tailored to you and your specific needs.

My classes are ideal for students of all levels who are looking to improve their posture, flexibility, mobility, strength, and overall body awareness — whether or not you already have experience in dance or circus arts. No prior experience is required.

For circus practitioners (ground or aerial), I offer handstand classes, floor conditioning sessions (or conditioning using aerial apparatus if you have access to one), mobility and flexibility training adapted to your specific discipline, as well as artistic coaching.
