About Anjni

I am an advocate and a mental health coach inclined towards meditative practices and curing the root cause of negative emotions by making people eliminate the stories built up around the emotion and making them realise what the real issue is. This can be done by being with their breath. I make people realise the gift of breath given to them by nature and how they can overcome any situation just by being aware of their breathing patterns.

About the lesson

My sessions are specifically customised as per the needs of the student, because every human being is different and needs a seperate approach. My teaching methodology will include first giving a thorough explanation to the students, followed by practically practicing whatever I have taught and working one on one with the students . By the end of the session , students will feel lighter , better , and with a new found hope that if we work together, management of emotions will never be an issue and meditation will become a tool for them to have a stress-free life.
