About Malini

Hello. I am Malini. I have been a teacher and librarian for more than 25 years. My association with Yoga and Meditation personally as well as professionally has changed my attitude towards life. The same I wish to spread among all.

About the lesson

Yoga is a way of life. Being an educator my way of guiding my student is always subjective as well as objective with flexibility. Endurance is sought for a better understanding and outcome. Nurturing the resources successfully will help achieve a positive state of well being
