About Ritesh
I am an IIT Bombay graduate in Chemistry, currently working as an R&D Scientist in the chemical industry. Over the course of my academic journey, I have cracked multiple national examinations, securing All India Rank 25 in IIT JAM and All India Rank 53 in CSIR-UGC NET with JRF.
In addition to competitive exam success, I have an active research foundation with publications in peer-reviewed scientific platforms, including a research paper in Advanced Synthesis & Catalysis and a project study featured on ChemRxiv.
Having conducted cutting-edge organic synthesis and solved advanced competitive exams firsthand, I understand the exact conceptual bottlenecks students encounter. I specialize in teaching Class 11–12, JEE Main/Advanced, and NEET aspirants to move beyond blind memorization. By linking core principles, arrow-pushing mechanisms, and mathematical derivations into an intuitive framework, I help students develop true subject mastery and score at the highest competitive percentiles.

I believe true mastery of chemistry comes from understanding the underlying logic rather than superficial memorization. In my classes, every complex topic—from arrow-pushing mechanisms in organic chemistry to equilibrium and thermodynamics—is introduced through clear, step-by-step principles and real-world examples.
Each class follows an interactive format:
Clear breakdown of theoretical foundations and formulas.
Application through graded numerical problems and past entrance exam questions.
Open question-and-answer time to clear any conceptual bottlenecks immediately.
These sessions are tailored for high school students (Class 11–12), JEE and NEET aspirants, and undergraduate science students seeking focused, rigorous, and stress-free chemistry guidance.
