I have been training under Raju's guidance for the last few months and the results are incredible! This has always been an online 1-1 training session for 3 to 4 times a week.
I'm 29years old and had a sensitive back for many years due to an injury in the gym. However, with a customised training plan, I could see and feel the positive changes in my body - within the first 3 months, my back felt stronger, I felt more confident in the gym and my back pain was completely gone.
I have new goals now and continue to gym every week.
A recent personal victory was - I started with a maximum 15second continuous plank on day 1 and within almost 5 months of starting, I've just recently done a plank for 2mins 35 seconds and aim to achieve a 3mins goal in the coming days.

First of all , I would say Raju sir is a very humble person and on the top I am very much confident he is one of the best trainer to get train with. He himself will set the standards high with his workout skilss, wether it's cross fitness, heavy workout at gym or streny training and flexibility by giving yoga sessions too...
