Hi, I’m Faiza! I have a degree in Psychology and Economics, and I’m currently pursuing my CPA designation.

I help students understand accounting through clear explanations, practical examples, and step-by-step guidance. Whether you’re learning the basics or need support with a challenging topic, I’ll tailor our lessons to your goals and learning pace.

My background in psychology shapes my patient, supportive approach, while economics helps me connect accounting concepts to real business situations.

About the lesson

I have years of teaching experience, including working as a Teaching Assistant during university. These experiences have helped me develop a patient, adaptable approach and the ability to explain complex concepts in clear, manageable steps.

I hold a degree in Psychology and Economics and am currently pursuing my CPA designation. My academic background helps me connect accounting concepts to business and economic decisions, while my knowledge of psychology informs how I support different learning styles and build students’ confidence.

My teaching approach combines step-by-step explanations, practical examples, and guided problem-solving. I begin by understanding each student’s goals and current knowledge, then tailor lessons to their needs. I encourage questions and use practice exercises to check understanding before moving on to more advanced topics.

My accounting and finance lessons focus on building a strong foundation in areas such as debits and credits, journal entries, financial statements, and the accounting cycle. My goal is to help students understand the reasoning behind each concept and apply it independently.
