About Bruno

My musical career began in the late 80s with flute and piano and solfege in 91, keyboard lessons before starting the guitar in November 95. After a year with a teacher (who gave me good classical basics and folk) I continued as a self-taught, first learning the rock standards of the 90s and 70s then I deepened my knowledge of ranges with my brother-in-law professional guitarist and jazz enthusiast. I continued my apprenticeship while playing in groups before giving my first courses in 2006. Having always considered this passion as a hobby, I never passed a diploma (except for a license of English ...), but the experience of the lessons as well as the years of personal practice allowed me to target the exercises adapted to each style as well as the knowledge necessary to progress effectively with patience, step by step, finding with each strike the right balance between progress and the pleasure of playing! :)

About the lesson

The first course is always a review with the student to see first the state of his knowledge as well as his desires (and where is part of his desire to learn!) And its possible projects related to the practice of the guitar. Depending on this assessment I will focus more or less theoretical knowledge (the instrument itself, the different types of guitars, knowledge of the neck, styles, tone etc.) or practical knowledge (positioning, tuning, warm-up exercises, right hand techniques, left hand techniques, coordination etc.) always having as objective (according to what is possible and desires) to play a piece or two and if necessary a riff or two (at need, I provide the necessary paper or audio documents).

Bonjour, bonsoir.
