About Oyedeji
I am a 21st-century educator who has spent 4 years facilitating STEM programs. I have once worked as a TEAM LEAD in the Airbus Aviation and Aerospace Project. My team and I trained children across the southwest region of Nigeria on Aviation and Aerospace. This was all in a bid to prepare them for the workforce of the future thereby developing in them the 21st-century skills needed for the future.

My teaching method is Project-based learning, I recently just organized a Waste Management program where students had to collaborate, critically think and creatively come up with solutions to Waste issues. They deliberated and created powerpoint slides, website sketch work and finally built a website on Waste management. I always ensure that most of my lessons are well-understood through the implementation of Bloom's taxonomy where the children get to know, understand, apply, analyze, evaluate and create. For me, this inspires them and erodes the thought of education being boring.
