I am a recent graduate (2019), applying for PhDs in geoscience. I have experience in the professional world from working as an environmental consultant between the summers of 2019 and 2020. I achieved top marks in A level geography and geology and have one years' experience with teaching at secondary school level.

I am an enthusiastic and positive person and a passionate geoscientist. I am able to give clear and structured lessons aimed at all levels. I aim to help students gain a clearer basic understanding of the subject as well as focusing on specifics. My lesson structure would be based around each student depending on where their strengths and weaknesses lie. An example lesson could include an initial discussion on the topic of the day/what the student is currently studying and then going over any work or area where the student may need help. Following this we would conduct more in depth revision on specific areas where the student might be struggling, followed by a fun quiz and then a summary.
