I have been teaching for almost ten years. I also coach sports and spend a lot of time getting the best out of students and athletes, while avoiding them being overwhelmed by the task we're working on. Confidence building is a huge component like the skills, so I work on both.

I believe that learning should be simplified. We want to think critically, but not over think. We look at what is required and go from there. My tutoring lessons are based on what the student needs or what the parent has communicated to me. Sometimes, it's as simple as going through homework and finding ways to remember what we need to be successful.
