About Simran
I am a national level badminton player. I am also a qualified badminton coach from SAINIS Bangalore. I have studied strength and conditioning and i am also from a sports science backround. As a badminton player I am always into fitness which includes different types and different levels of training. I have coached not only junior and senior level athletes but also people who want to lose weight and build strength. Every body is unique and different and every body needs its own type of workout. I am keen to take part in this process and help you all with making your body healthy, fit and active.
