About Caspian
In my singing lessons, I focus on helping each student grow into their voice in a way that feels natural, joyful, and truly personal. I believe that singing is a deeply individual experience — no two voices are the same, and no two musical journeys are alike. That’s why I tailor every lesson to meet you where you are, whether you’re just beginning, picking things back up, or pushing forward to professional goals. We’ll work together to understand your voice and discover what excites you musically. If you’re just starting out, we’ll build a strong foundation with simple exercises, breathing techniques, and gentle confidence-building. If you’ve got more experience, we’ll dive into advanced concepts like vocal agility, control, and emotional expression. You choose your songs — pop, jazz, classical, musical theater, or anything else — and I’ll structure lessons to help you sing them with skill and soul. I include creative tools to keep things fun and inspiring: vocal games, visual exercises, movement, and improvisation, all aimed at helping you explore your voice in new ways. My lessons are supportive and judgment-free, ideal for anyone who might feel shy or unsure. I believe that a relaxed and respectful environment is essential for learning, so I always encourage questions, exploration, and mistakes as part of the growth process. You’ll leave each session with practical tips and a clear focus for practice, so your progress continues between lessons. I also support your development in related areas like music theory, ear training, harmony, and even performance preparation — whatever you need to feel like a well-rounded and confident musician. I see singing not just as a skill, but as a journey of self-discovery. My methodology emphasizes real-life exploration, artistic freedom, and foundational technique, using examples from singers across cultures and genres to show how the voice reflects identity and emotion.
Each student’s voice is different, so my lessons are fully personalized. I adapt exercises, song choices, and teaching style to fit your goals—whether that’s hitting high notes, singing in another language, or simply expressing yourself more freely. I believe there’s no single right way to sing—only your way, strengthened by guidance.
I’m committed to a gentle, supportive learning process. We don’t race through material; we build step by step. When challenges arise, we slow down, reassess, and problem-solve together. My patience creates a safe, encouraging environment for growth.
