Why Do Bodybuilding?
When building muscle, it often involves both a weight training and a strength training program that your trainer or coach has set up. In these sessions you will be focused on building your ideal physical condition, to lose fat, or to practice muscle growth within your best workout.
Bodybuilding is not just a sport but an essential mind body connection that has to be so well synced that you are almost able to sculpt your body in the same way that a sculptor would sculpt a piece of marble. This takes knowledge about physiology, time to do your strength training and muscle gaining workouts, time to study nutrition and time to observe how it all affects your body when it comes together as a program. Your dedication to your personal physical form and fitness goals will force you to strengthen your mind and become a real athlete.
Your determination is seen especially when lifting weights as you may feel like you are about to give up on your bodybuilding set. Because you are too tired, in too much pain or just But when you continue and complete your sets, no matter how difficult they are, you gain the advantage with muscle memory, psychological endurance and the gift of resetting the limits that you have about what is possible for you.
Bodybuilding teaches you about what is possible 'for you', although genetics do play a part in how big you may be able to get naturally. Knowing how to build muscle for your body is also important, and this is something that you will learn in the process.
Emotional weakness will destroy your bodybuilding workouts and will derail any progress you have made if you give it cause. Physical weakness is easier to control in some ways as you just have to create a full body workout program and follow it consistently. As a male bodybuilder your normal day will be full of training workouts, time at the gym, weightlifting, protein powder shakes and close attention to the nutrition and supplements that your body needs.
These mental and physical elements are how the bodybuilding discipline comes together, and this is the path that will support your journey towards your goals. Having respect for the process, for yourself and for each movement that you are making in a precise and timed manner. Will give you the awareness to develop, retain and maintain the maximum muscle growth available for you.

Strength does not come from winning. Your struggles develop your strengths. When you go through hardships and decide not to surrender, that is strength.
Arnold needs no introduction as he is the bodybuilding legend, although many may not know that he started out as a bodybuilder and may only know him from Hollywood films like the terminator. But Arnold is multitalented and followed his dreams from Austria to the USA to become an actor, filmmaker, businessman, investor, author, philanthropist, activist, politician, and former professional bodybuilder and powerlifter.
Arnold believes in maximising your potential and that the only limit is your own belief in what you can do. Arnold Schwarzenegger is what is called a real bodybuilder, but he is also a real icon. During those years that he trained to compete, he was nicknamed "the Austrian Oak", for the simple reason that he was as resistant as a tree.
Bodybuilding opened the doors of Hollywood for Arnold although it wasn’t easy. Because he was so big that directors were hesitant to cast him. Until his first big role in the Terminator, which was one of his biggest hits in the cinema at the time. He almost didn't get cast for the film though, and he was told to lose weight, or the part would have to go to someone else. He then had to intensely reverse engineer his top 'building muscle mass' workout routines to lose muscle mass and become leaner. He says that he did that by running more than he was weight lifting so that he would have a more athletic body composition, lose bodyweight and minimise certain muscle groups. Thankfully he achieved his goal and was cast as one of the stars of the Terminator movies.
Arnold is recognised as one of the 100 most influential personalities in the world, and gives bodybuilding, acting and many other things a much more enjoyable feeling.

Each of these athletes are amazing and do not hide the fact that to get to where they have gotten that it has taken hard work.
