About Paramita
I'm Paramita, a 26-year-old fitness enthusiast who started training at home back in 2020 with zero equipment and zero guidance. Over the years, I've self-studied nutrition, strength training, and programming — and completely transformed the way I look and feel.
I know what it's like to feel lost, to not know where to start, or to try hard and still not see results. That's exactly why I started coaching — because I've been there, figured it out the hard way, and I genuinely want to make the journey easier for other women.
I coach women online across India & internationally focusing on home-based dumbbell training and sustainable nutrition. No crash diets, no unrealistic plans — just real, consistent progress that fits into your actual life."

"I've been training at home with dumbbells for over 5 years, and I know exactly how overwhelming it can feel to start — or to keep going without seeing results. My sessions are fully online and designed around your lifestyle, schedule, and goals.
I specialise in home-based strength training for women — no gym, no complicated equipment, no one-size-fits-all plans. Every client gets a personalised workout programme built around what they actually have at home. Sessions are conducted over video call so you get real-time form correction and guidance, not just a PDF to follow alone.
Whether your goal is fat loss, toning up, building strength, or simply building a consistent habit — I'll be with you every step of the way."
