About Andrea

I am a confident, motivated and open-minded individual. I have been passionate about movement and fitness since I can remember. I grew up playing physical sports such as rugby while also mountain biking and rock climbing to a high level. In my early twenties I discovered the effectiveness of calisthenics for building strength and flexibility in the mind and body. In 2022 I qualified as a personal trainer, allowing me to further combine my knowledge to help people achieve their holistic health potential. I love what I do!

I specialise in helping men and women of all ages and abilities reach their health & fitness goals. Whatever it is you want to achieve - I ensure you get there in a way that is challenging, sustainable & fun. Whether building up physical fitness and increasing mobility (flexibility you can put to use!). I combine my personal training qualification (REPS Level III) with my extensive sports knowledge (Rugby, rock climbing, skiing, endurance running, etc.) to offer the absolute best service I can. I recommend working together on a weekly basis to guarantee progress and can also include access to a digital app for support & accountability outside of our live classes. Every programme is tailored to you and we always work towards achieving specific, measurable, achievable, relevant & time-bound (SMART) goals.

  • What age did you start playing sport? Tell us about this time or moment in your life.

    I've learnt to ski before learning how to walk. I've grown up near the italian Alps and everything that was mountain related was a recurrent thing with my family. Then throughout my childhood I played various sports from: tennis, volleyball, basketball, judo until I discovered rugby which I fell in love with.
  • What are your favourite sports; those that you practice at a high level, a simple hobby, and a sport that you'd still like to discover?

    I still do snowboarding and rockclimbing to a high level, as a hobby I run or cycle around London and I'd love to have a chance to get into gymnastics.
  • What gives you the motivation and passion to pursue your sport?

    As I mentioned, I've always been a very active kid, therefore I couldn't imagine my life without some sort of movement.
  • Do you have a sporting achievement that you're particularly proud of?

    I've managed to play one game with the under18's Italian national rugby team.
  • How have your achievements and challenges made you a better sportsperson?

    I do believe that we learn through failures. Failing can teach us a lot about us and how to overcome our mind and insecurities.
  • If you had to go for a jog with a famous athlete, who would you choose? And what questions would you ask them?

    I'd love to have a jog with Alexander Karelin. I'd ask him what it feels to win 3 Olympic gold medals. And what it feels to be unbeatable.
  • How do you help people stay motivated?

    Making them passionate about what we do together.
  • What makes you a Superprof in sports?

    The fact that I still feel like a student, and I always will. I am always hungry for new ideas and information that are body and sport related.
