My approach is to teach by example. I find that most students learn best when you show them how to do a problem then give them work to do so that while they are doing, the work they can ask for examples. Due to GCSE, mainly comprising of application of ideas, it is best to gauge what they can do by offering them harder questions as soon as they are able to complete easier ones.
I am a subject mentor at my school so I have experience teaching students. In Gcse, I only gained a Level 8 but that was due to me not concentrating in class. In A levels, I am predicted an A* and am looking to go to a Russel group university, preferably Imperial so that I can do Software enginerering
