“My name is Ritu Deswal, and I’m currently working as a research scholar in Medical Biotechnology. I have 5 years of Biology teaching experience at school, college and university level. I have received excellent teaching reports and best science teacher award in 2015. I am dedicated, outgoing, and a team player.
I conduct teaching using varied strategies
• Use educational games and activities to engage, inspire and awaken young minds
• Generate discussion questions
• design quizzes and develop interactive materials
• Set activities that are contextualized and purposeful in real -life situations
• Lead and devise appropriate assessment strategies and feedback to students through a variety of formative and summative assessment methods
• Prepare and develop innovative lesson plans, design and deliver group and individual activities.

Background

I have been teaching biology for 5 years. I have taught nearly 500 students in my career. All my students obtained first degree result in my subject. The students became practically and theoretically strong with deep knowledge of the subject.
