Second year student of Biomedical Sciences in the University of Aberdeen offers Biology lessons
Methodology
I love teaching this subject and have experience with students of different levels.
I first assess the student's knowledge (no need to take a test) and then focus on the problems and goals that the student has, while reviewing the key topics. I prefer to personalise my lessons to the student, both planning them in advance and adapting them while teaching if I see any issues during the lesson.
I am comprehensive and adaptable and prefer to teach the basic concepts and then explain the relationships between them so I can create a solid base first, so then I can go on with the more complex parts.
Background
I have been giving lessons for two years to students in Primary and Secondary school.
Most of my students were failing before my lessons and then achieved a good grade or at least a pass after them. They all have told me that I make complex things seem easy and both the lessons and the subject enjoyable.
